Applying for a Place

If you would like your child to join us here at Eldon Primary School, use the information below to find out how to apply.

Nursery 2025

Nursery (morning or afternoon sessions)

If you would like to apply for admission for our Nursery  you must apply online before February the 15th. 

30 hours – we offer a limited number of full time places for working parents. Check eligibility through Enfield Informed Families, and register with the school office, with your 30 hours code. Please note we offer 35 hours per week, with a £3 daily charge for the additional hour.

Reception (Primary School) 2025

If you would like to apply for your child to be admitted to Eldon Primary School you must apply online before January the 15th. 

Years 1 – 6

If you would like to register your child for any of the above year groups, please contact the Civic Centre at which time you will be placed on the relevant waiting list. As soon as a place is available for your child, they will contact you with an offer. You will then – within 14 days – be invited into school to complete the registration process and be offered a starting date for your child.

In-Year Transfer

If you would like to change your child's current school during the school year please apply online at:  www.enfield.gov.uk, click on Primary Admissions and select the In-Year Transfer option. Your child will then be placed on the relevant waiting list.

As soon as a place is available for your child, they will contact you with an offer. School will then send the relevant registration forms and an appointment time  to start the process of admission.
